Project Description
The owner desired to incorporate a Class B operating room into his clinical offices to better provide full patient services. Ames Associates designed the facility as two wings, clinic and surgery, connected by an entry lobby on the patient side, and doctors’ offices and a staff lounge on the staff side. Subdued natural light is a key factor of the design and glass panel doors and interior windows as well as sky lights highlight the plan features.
