Ames Associates provided the University of Maine with an evaluation of the building envelope of the back portion of Jenness Hall and the Soderburg addition. This study focused primarily on the condition of the envelope and moisture infiltration. Based on the data from this evaluation several architectural schemes for a replacement façade were created.
