Beginning with an existing store, Ames Associates worked with both the client and the corporate office to incorporate the most current branding elements in a total remodel and addition to this local store. All architectural designs and services were in compliance with the Dunkin’ Brands Standards for the exterior signage, branding elements, and interior development. The engineering professionals at Ames Associates redesigned the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
